Our Vision

At Heartland Kids, we partner with parents to help children know, love, and follow Jesus. From birth through 5th grade, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where God’s Word is faithfully taught and children are encouraged to grow in their love for Christ. Because we believe parents are the primary disciple-makers of their children, we don't seek to replace that role—we want to equip and support you as you faithfully disciple your children at home. Together, we want to see the next generation follow Jesus and help others do the same.

Visiting

Curriculum

Planning on visiting for the first time? No worries—we’re so glad you’re joining us! When you arrive, look for the Kids Check-In area just opposite the sanctuary doors. Our team will welcome your family, help check your child into their class, and answer any questions along the way. The process is both easy and secure.
Your child’s safety is one of our highest priorities. Every team member is background-checked and trained, and children remain in their classrooms until they are picked up by a parent or guardian using the matching security tag provided at check-in. Additionally, our Safe Team monitors the Kids area during every service.
At Heartland Kids we desire for every child to know the whole story of the Bible and how it applies to their life. To help us accomplish this mission, we use The Biggest Story, a curriculum which takes children through the whole Bible over two years, helping them see how every story points to the hope we have in Christ.

Family Worship

Every 5th Sunday, as well as some holiday weekends, we invite our K–5th grade kids to join us in the worship service. This allows our children to regularly experience biblical worship modeled by the whole congregation. As they sit under the preaching of God’s Word, hear the prayers of the church, and join in singing, they begin to understand that worship is not something they simply attend—it’s something they participate in as members of Christ’s body.

Childcare provided for nursery through Pre-K only on these Sundays.
